About Erig Properties - Iggie Cuyjet, Eric Severn

 
We are two different gentlemen from two different backgrounds and from two different generations who decided to join forces and act as one.

Ignatius (Iggie) Cuyjet: Outgoing, energetic, and with a background in accounting and product development, is very organized.

Eric Severn: Focused, determined, and with a background in system operations, is very process oriented.

Our friendship began as neighbors in Pennsylvania, living across the street from each other. There was always a smile and friendly hello!

In 1998, Iggie retired and decided to move to Florida with his wife Joyce. After living in their home for a couple of years, Iggie decided to build a better one for themselves. Since this went well, Iggie went on to build three more.

After multiple visits from the Severn family, they had also found this tropical oasis appealing.

It wasn’t until there was a 1200 mile distance between them that they decided to get involved in real estate together. (Another reason for Eric and his family to indulge in the Florida sun)

Eric and his wife Amy, with their two children, also decided to move to Florida. In 2005, they moved into their home (built by Iggie), and became neighbors once again.

During the visits to Florida, Eric, an investor in the Philadelphia market, started looking at property in Sarasota. One day Iggie received a phone call and Eric said "I bought a condo for us". After a pause for a moment, Iggie said "OK"……….

This was the beginning of ErIg.
